Bright acidity, smooth body, Citrusy with lemon and lime, very sweet, rich, orange, melon, chamomile, floral, sweet lasting finish. We have cupped this coffee several times and come up with something new each time, each delicious.

Colombia is home to 18% of the Worlds birds, 35% of the Bird species in Colombia live in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. The city of Santa Marta established in 1525 is the first European settlement in Colombia and oldest city in South America.
