Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Organic FT ADADO YCFCU Natural Green Coffee Beans

Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffe FT ADADO Cooperative YCFCU Natural Processed raw Arabica coffee beans

Bright fruit acidity, smooth body, sweet, jasmine, blueberry, fruit, English toffee, almond, sweet milk chocolate, blackberry, floral, black tea, peach, complex, nicely balanced, soft lasting finish.

Almost sugary sweet, unexpectedly clean, consistent nice sized Yergacheffe with noticeably varying Aroma and taste characteristics affected by rate and darkness of roast. An Experienced Coffee Roaster's Dream, you can really put your mark on this coffee by how you roast it, really good to great. Interesting and complex as an Espresso, allow extra time for other brew methods due to density of this bean. I usually roast it fast and hot to bring out the complexity in the cup.
