Bright wine like acidity, medium body, rich coffee flavor, citrus, honey, sweet, lime, clean, thyme, tea, rich lasting finish. 

Roasting Aroma: Red wine, sweet, molasses

Dry Aroma: Chocolate, marshmallow, hints of fruit and graham cracker

Brewed Aroma: Caramel, dark chocolate, sweet, cinnamon
