Kona Hawaii USA Extra Fancy Grade Arabica Raw Coffee beans

Sweetly balanced citrus acidity, nice smooth round body, really good coffee flavor (but not bold), sweet, milk chocolate, clean, nutty, sugar cane, hint of dill, soft sweet lasting finish. Tested at a light American Roast. Big beans are easy to roast, keep the roasting light to medium (New England to light City is good) so you can taste the bean.

Note: This is a New Kona for us, similar to our previous Konas, sweet, milk chocolate, a little nutty, with light floral and herb.

Roasting Aroma: Grain, sugar cane, pineapple, grapefruit, nuts

Dry Aroma: Chocolate, fruit (varies with roast), nutty, sugar cane

Brewed Aroma: Sweet caramel with sea salt (oh, you know what I'm talking about! sweet), nuts, wisp of spice

Like an Island vacation, sweet, laid back, and sweetly aromatic.
