Moderate acidity, medium to light body, citrus, varying hints of caramel, dark chocolate, tobacco, and herbs, citrus in the finish as it cools. So far we have only cupped this coffee a hand full of times and know there is more here with various roast profiles.
Developed to express a Sumatra-like Cup including mild herbal and tobacco notes

Growers: Small Holder Farmers located from around Paksong (the major coffee hub of the Boloven Plateau) to the Southern boundary of the Boloven Plateau formed by the Nonglouang River where it becomes the Tad Kameud Waterfall.
