PB Pea Berry (Peaberry) is a coffee bean created when only one smaller round bean develops in the coffee cherry fruit rather than the normal 2 beans that are flat on the sides that face each other. Some coffee experts believe Peaberries are more potent. We know we enjoy this coffee. PeaBerry coffee beans must be separated from the rest of the crop mostly by hand and graded which is highly labor intensive and costly.
