Essentially Shade Grown: Governmental initiatives to promote coffee and fruits as cash crops have created intercropping of Pear, peach, persimmon, plum, and macadamia trees to provide shade for the smaller coffee trees.

Processing: Kenya Style; 1 day dry fermentation then 1 day modern wet fermentation to complete removal of mucilage, Fully Washed and sun dried on Raised beds.
