Sweetly balanced acidity, medium to full body, clean, balanced, sweet, malt, hints of cocoa, floral, orange, cornflakes, and spied apple, soft finish.

Roasting Aroma: Toast, soft red wine, sweet, spice

Dry Aroma: Chocolate, malt, cherry

Brewed Aroma: Cocoa, carrot, toffee

Growers: Leolaka Rural Development Programme IV farmers Group (Cooperative, established with the help of the 10th European Development fund in 2012) with 673 small Holder Farmer Members. Grown in Environmentally friendly highly biodiverse Region from mature coffee plants Shaded by large indigenous trees.

Varietals: Hybrid Timor, Mocha

Altitude: 1,200 Meters plus Above Sea Level

Region: Ermera District near the District Capitol of Glena in central East Timor, Indonesia. Near the Southern most Western tip of the Islands that comprise Indonesia, just North of Australia.

Soil: Volcanic, Metamorphosed sediments

Processing: Fully Washed and  Sun dried, Hand picked when ripe.

Grade: Aifu

Average Growing region temperature: 8 to 20 degrees Celsius, cool relative to most coffee growing Climates. Shade Grown in well forested region.
