Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase of Green Specialty coffees and home coffee roasting accessories from Home Roast Coffee, LLC. We are more than happy to provide additional information on any coffee or equipment prior to your purchase. Please contact us with any questions, reviews, or concerns you may have about our service or products.

We cannot ship Green coffee beans to the state of Hawaii or any coffee producing country. Any offers that include free coffee beans are null and void outside the Continental United States.

Green coffee beans are currently exempt from Wisconsin (our location) sales tax. Wisconsin residents (ship to locations) will be subject to applicable sales tax on accessories, grinders, and roasting equipment.

Most Coffee Grinders and Home Coffee Roasters have a manufacturer's one year limited warranty; contact the manufacturer as described in the owner's manual for details or claims.

We will NOT share or sell your contact information; we will only contact you with order information or as directed. If we are out of an item that you have ordered, we will contact you before completing the remaining order.

Order Cancellations and Returns are at our discretion and subject to the following:

Delivered products that appear to be damaged; Contact the Carrier as soon as possible, include your name, Tracking #, order #, amount, description of damage, and photos.

We cannot accept the return of coffee beans, accessories, grinders, or home coffee roasters that have been delivered, due to food safety concerns.

We will gladly cancel an order at no charge if we receive your cancellation before we process the order or accept the payment.

At our descretion; any order that payment is accepted by us, but connot be shipped to the address you provided according to the Carrier (usually USPS or FedEx), or for any other risk factor detirmened after payment acceptence, that must then be Canceled by us, the Refund will be reduced by at least the amount retained by the Payment Proccessor (PayPal, Shopify payments, etc); or there will be a 25 percent restocking fee plus shipping cost incurred, if any, to cancel an order that has been processed, payment accepted, and prepared for shipping.
