Medium bright, smooth body, very sweet, blue berry, hints of floral, spice, sweet lemon, apricot, subtle complexity, soft sweet lasting finish.

We recommend a Light to Medium Roast to preserve the very complex blend of natural flavors and aromas of this exquisite coffee.

Growers: 2400 Small Holders around Konga Micro Zone, known for attention to details in Natural processing this hand sorted and selected very complex coffee.

Processor: Konga Coop near Yirga Cheffe is part of Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU). One of Konga Coops' Missions is to give back to the Community, they have been renovating, and updating supplies at the local school.

Varietals: Specifically selected from surrounding forest then replanted in individual coffee plots and sorted for highest density beans from Indigenous Heirloom Ethiopia Varietals
