Flores is one of the big islands of the lesser Sunda archipelago of Indonesia. This coffee grows on the fertile slopes of Inerie volcano in Bajawa Ngada Regency Flores. Thanks to the cultural makeup of these Indonesian Farmers this coffee is grown and processed through great attention to detail; from planting, and picking only the ripest cherries to three time sorting before export.
