Ecuador Maputo Hakuna Matata Typica Pichincha La Perla Nanegal Region Raw Arabica Coffee

Bright to sweetly balanced acidity, smooth body not heavy, sweet, toffee, melon, orange, peanut and floral hints, clean, chocolate, tart citrus, lasting finish.

Roasting Aroma: Sweet, red fruits, wine

Dry Aroma: Chocolate, lemon, orange, bright sweetness, raspberry

Brewed Aroma: Chocolate, caramel, hints of varying fruits and floral

New Crop just in so not exactly sure on the taste notes yet but seems similar.

Limited availability of this Microlot from Ecuador which only exports about 100 shipping containers of coffee per year in comparison to (text is missing here, I will fix but unsure why it disappeared?) Colombia that exports around 32,000 containers

Farm: Maputo Fina Hakuna Matata (No Worries) it Pichincha Provincehas a unique microclimate of high humidity and vast temperature swings from daytime to night that produces very high scoring Specialty coffees, complex and flavorful, in spite of it's relatively low growing Altitude for Arabica coffee. The farm is divided into plots based on the specific varietal grown in that section, Caturra, Typica, Bourbon, Kaffa, SL28. Coffee is meticulously grown, picked, and processed on site for optimal control of the outcome.

Processing: Fully Washed and sun dried on African drying beds (cloth stretched across posts a few inches above the ground).

This is Raw coffee beans requiring further processing (roasting) before consuming (brewing to make liquid coffee).
