This is the Fully Washed version of our Ethiopia Organic Yirg Konga G1 Natural, it cups with just slightly less fruit forward but a cleaner taste profile.
We recommend a Light to Medium Roast to preserve the very complex blend of natural flavors and aromas of this exquisite coffee.
