Growers: 23 Families of Small Holder Farmers. Grown in Environmentally friendly highly biodiverse Region from mature coffee plants Shaded by large indigenous trees.

Region: Ermera District East Timor, Indonesia, SubRegion of Letefoho in Lacau Village. Near the Southern most Western tip of the Islands that comprise Indonesia, just North of Australia.

Soil: Volcanic, Metamorphosed sediments

Processing: Washed, fermented for 24 to 48 hours, Dried on Raised beds and patios, coffee was Hand picked when ripe.

Average Growing region temperature: 8 to 20 degrees Celsius, cool relative to most coffee growing Climates. Shade Grown in well forested region.
