We source, buy, and sell only great tasting high quality Specialty Grade coffees that have been carefully grown and processed to produce the best coffee possible. Growers and coffee Processors take extra care and will even separate out the best beans into smaller Lots to achieve a higher price.
Large National coffee roasters require quantities far too large to even consider these high quality higher cost select small Lot Coffees.
This is Classic small business Capitalism; the Growers and Processors who produce better coffee earn a better living and are able to pay better wages for superior efforts of their workers.
